Love Your Heart Run

The 2013 Eagle Challenge Fitness Tour is designed to promote healthy living and lifestyles among all age categories and fitness levels. The program consists of 10 fitness events occurring monthly from February through November 2013, both on Fort Campbell and in the surrounding communities. Each event will have four components to include: Adaptive reconditioning program for Soldiers, fitness opportunities for children 8 years and older, non-competitive opportunities for walkers, novice or beginners and competitive categories based on gender and age groups. 24th annual Nashville Lawn & Garden Show

The theme for this year’s show is “Jardins du Soleil,” French for “Gardens of the Sun,” and will feature gardens of internationally inspired designs. The show also offers the opportunity to hear free presentations by horticultural, landscape design and gardening experts. This year’s featured speaker is Frédéric Nancel, operations and events director for the Chateau de Chantilly near Paris, France.
